Sugar (2026) Season Two ★★★★☆

Even though we now know the secret of where Sugar came from, we're reminded a few times, although never overtly, that the secret is never revealed to someone who hasn't watched Season One. Perhaps that's deliberate. We watch the season that's once again disguised as a noir detective, albeit with more action involving corrupt cops, MMA, and drug dealing. Something that we would see in a Bosch show. But it still works thanks to Sugar and his paramour at the hotel he lives in. The final episode finally brings the secret out and sets the scene for the longer arc. I'll watch it.

PS. I want to know how Sugar gets the money to live his lifestyle. Some kinda out-of-the-world expense account or a trust fund?
